(Senior) C#/.Net Developer in Cologne
We are Healex, a software start-up and consulting company from Cologne, quickly becoming a leading digital health company. Our mission is to develop new products and solutions with your help for faster, data-driven clinical research and for the integration of health and research systems with the “FHIR” data standard.
Healex makes it possible to conduct clinical studies faster, more integrated and even more data-driven with structured clinical data and thereby speeding up the development of new therapies for fatal diseases.
With currently over 40 employees at our two locations, we are looking for one or more experienced (Senior) C#/.Net developers.
Your tasks at Healex
- You help clinical research:
- Your code makes clinical data useful for the development of new therapies
- This enables seamless collaboration between clinical research and treating physicians for optimal therapy
- You develop parsers and data formats:
- You develop parser code for export formats from the medical environment
- You research format specifications and sample data
- You improve the support for special cases in your code over time
- You integrate parser into an existing mapping engine
- You write unit tests and improve code coverage
- You develop our FHIR infrastructure (Vonk server and architecture):
- You develop plugins for the Vonk server
- You develop web services and query web services to implement data integration
- You bring our team forward:
- You work in a team of remote developers
- You do code reviews of your colleagues' code
- You'll be attending Daily and Sprint meetings
- You are contact person and mentor for our junior developers
Your qualifications
- You program:
- Privately as a hobby, or professionally for more than 6 years
- C# or similar language for at least 2 years
- For the private sector more than 2 years (or in a start-up)
- You know:
- .Net core and ASP .NET core
- XML (namespaces, schema, XPath, etc.)
- The subtleties of JSON, CSV, YAML and other formats
- Design patterns for RESTful APIs and modern web services
- Unit Testing in Visual Studio
- Git
- Docker
- You know how a parser works (token, lexer, parser, grammar)
- Optionally, you are also familiar with clinical data standards and other technologies:
- HL7 / FHIR, HL7 / V2
