Service and Support Specialist (f/m/d) for our study management system in Berlin/Cologne (Germany)

We are Healex, a software start-up and consulting company from Cologne and Berlin, quickly becoming a leading digital health company. Our mission is to develop new products and solutions with your help for faster, data-driven clinical research and for the integration of health and research systems with the “FHIR” data standard.

Healex makes it possible to conduct clinical studies faster, more integrated and even more data-driven with structured clinical data and thereby speeding up the development of new therapies for fatal diseases.

With currently around 20 employees at our two locations, we are looking for one or more experienced Service and Support Specialists.

Your tasks at Healex

  • Data cleaning, data clearing, research
  • User documentation
  • 1st and 2nd level support and training of system administrators in the study centres
  • Incident and change management
  • User support, service request management

Your qualifications

  • Further training as a clinical data manager.
  • Sound IT-technical and clinical-medical background.
  • Experience in project and contract management.
  • Administrative tasks (including controlling).
  • Software testing.
  • Process- and target-oriented working methods, a strong analytical mind and a high level of quality awareness.
  • Structured and independent working style.
  • Confident use of the common MS Office applications.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English.
  • Skilled appearance and well-groomed appearance.
