(Junior) Sales Manager in Cologne or Berlin

About us: We are Healex, a software start-up and consulting company from Cologne and Berlin, which is growing into the leading digital health company. Our mission is to use your help to develop new products and solutions for faster, data-driven clinical research, as well as for the integration of health and research systems with the “FHIR” data standard.

Healex enables clinical trials to be conducted faster, more networked and even more data-driven through structured clinical data, thereby developing innovative therapies for fatal diseases.

With currently over 40 employees at the two locations, we are looking for a (Junior) Sales Manager.

Your tasks at Healex

  • You will assist in securing and identifying new customer leads and new business opportunities with existing customers from the hospital, research network, pharmaceutical, health insurance and biotechnology sectors.
  • You take the initiative, help to sell our products and solutions and are a competent contact person for our customers.
  • You will work on the regular updating and further development of our Sales KPI including the mapping of the current status of our sales activities in the CRM and reporting tool.
  • You will prepare analyses and reports, for instance as a basis for management decisions and to derive sales measures.
  • You act as an interface between marketing, product managers and partners.
  • You keep an eye on the management and direction of the sales units and adapt them to strategic or structural developments.

Your qualifications

  • You have successfully completed a degree in economics, preferably with a focus on marketing / sales and ideally have some relevant work experience. Other courses of study such as medicine, bioinformatics and pharmacy are also very welcome.
  • You are an active sales personality who enjoys structured customer care and development.
  • You have a strong hands-on mentality, and you want to develop yourself constantly.
  • You are fluent in German and English.
